Relative To Commending And Congratulating The Members Of Soka Gakkai International (SGI) Around The World On Their Tireless Efforts And Dedication To Promoting World Peace And To Congratulating SGI-USA, Guam, On The Thirty-Second (32nd) Anniversary Of Its Founding, And The Grand Opening Of SGI-USA, Guam Activity Center. Relative to declaring the days of February 3 to 10, 2007 as “Spay Guam Week” and to encourage island residents to sterilize their pets to reduce the cat and dog overpopulation of our island, and to extend a warm dångkolo na si Yu’os ma’åse’ to the hard working volunteers and workers of Guam Animals In Need (GAIN) Inc. for their exemplary service to the community. Relative to honoring and recognizing Tan Joaquina Mata Espinosa Santos and her long and eventful life as a nurse midwife, and as a mother, grandmother and great grandmother, and as a wife of sixty-four (64) years to her loving husband, the late Tun Thomas Taitano Santos, and offer congratulations on the occasion of her One Hundred Two (102) birthday.
